TPSI has recently launched a new project led by Dave Meslin against a series of proposed LED billboards along major roadways in Toronto. The proposed billboards risk driver safety and threaten to impact communities for years to come. Read more on their potential impacts and safety issues here.
The proposal has been deferred to allow for public consultations.
